you got trapped in your obligations
important meeting and relations
deep frozen from your dearest ones
slowly slid into an isolation

and was it worth it
did you see your dreams come true
was it worth it
you should've learned to let go

sometimes we fall
fragile figures in the night
we could still feel alive
it helps to walk out of the line sometimes
we dance till dawn
brilliant creatures intertwined
guided by the beats of our unruly hearts
we feel sublime

I got trapped in your expectations
and pushed myself too far
a stranger to my dearest ones
slowly slid into imagination

and was it worth it
did I see your dreams come true
