No denying the truth which is there to be found

Lies and betrayal overshadow all that is lost
In the path of destruction, we have given up on trust

The stories told are found to be nothing but a farce
Defamation the ultimate cost
Both ends of the double edge sword pointing at you
You have separated yourself from those you thought you were close to

Wandering without cause for humiliation
The trail that leads to ramification
Without control you feel the need to lash out and rage
Emotions you deny when you feel locked in a cage

A deep felt emptiness that leaves you paralyzed
The assassins have dug themselves into a pit full of lies
Helplessness until the facts are known
Even with those are your side you still feel alone

Playing the fool you follow their chaotic, ruthless journey
Till you realize that they have lead you falsely
The time has come to eliminate the storyteller
And take back your life, don't subside and give in to her

Watching out for two faced jesters in a world full of deceit
Leaving behind those who betray you will open your eyes to see
Their empty spirits leave behind a stale stench
From the mistruth that surrounds their lives in excrement
