Boundless

Take me home. I've spent too many nights knowing that the only friend I have is myself. I want to be back, back to where life comes easy, to a place where I can rest just for a moment. Shut my eyes and try to find a place where my heart can call itself intact. As I spill my soul across the globe, dying every day cause I can't recognize home. Out here it's so cold. Out here betrayal is all I know. I will cover my face and I will take to the wind. I'm coming home, wherever that may be. I'm coming home to a place I don't fucking belong. It's where I lay my head, and when the ground shakes with pain and violence, you'll know it's me dropping my burdened anchor. It's then I will sleep. Writing the final chapter. It's then my life will start. I'm coming home.
